Synopsis :
One day, the mother disappeared with her lover, leaving Saji and the main character Yoshihito behind. In shock at his mother’s abandonment, Saji quits his job and reluctantly moves to his hometown in the countryside with Yoshihito, but life with Saji and Yoshihito, who are not related by blood, naturally does not go well, and their relationship gradually becomes strained. Yoshihito goes to school in his hometown, but he is isolated in class because he does not know anyone there, and he gradually becomes depressed. His homeroom teacher, Harumi, who knows Yoshihito’s situation and fears for his safety, says, « Leave it to me! » and makes a home visit to repair the relationship between Yoshihito and his stepfather…

◇あらすじ
僕の好きな先生は、継父に会ってから変わってしまった―

母の再婚相手である継父の佐治。
その佐治と主人公の良仁を置いて、ある日母は愛人と失踪してしまった―。

母に捨てられたショックから、佐治は仕事を辞め、しぶしぶ良仁を連れ
故郷の田舎へと引っ越すが、血の繋がらない佐治と良仁の生活は当然うまくいかず、
次第にその関係は希薄なものへとなっていく。

地元の学校へ通う良仁も、知り合いが誰一人いない事からクラスで孤立し、
次第に塞ぎこんでしまう。

そんな良仁の事情を知り、その身を案じた担任の晴美は、
「先生に任せて！」と、継父と良仁の関係を修復する為、家庭訪問するが…
